These pastry used to be sold everywhere among local bakeries and cha chaang teng. Under the influence of modern chain bakeries and the diversity of food culture, this kind of old style pastry became less popular in our city. This magazine feature includes 10 types of pastry in form of color pencil illustrations and descriptive texts, hoping to bring up our precious memories of the old Hong Kong.
